Health restoration
Health needs to be restored by burning BURP. The following restrictions apply for Toilets with Health below 100%:
Health < 100% = Toilet cannot be listed on Marketplace or transferred away
Health < 20% = Toilet cannot earn tokens during games
Health = 0, Toilet cannot be used for solving the Puzzles
The higher the Level of the Toilet, the higher the cost of restoration.
